Templates

In short: Seven templates turn the control library into working documents. They are a governance policy, an owner RACI, an approval matrix, an onboarding checklist, an access review, an incident runbook and a board one-pager. Each page shows the full template and offers a Markdown or CSV download you can edit and adopt.

Which templates are available?

  • MDAI agent governance policy. A policy you can adopt and edit, covering inventory, ownership, purpose, access, approval, audit, review and decommissioning for AI agents.
  • CSVAgent owner RACI. A RACI matrix for AI agents that assigns responsible, accountable, consulted and informed roles for each governance activity in the register.
  • CSVApproval matrix. An approval matrix that lists which AI agent actions need a human, who approves them, how fast, and what happens when nobody answers in time.
  • MDAgent onboarding checklist. A checklist to complete before any AI agent goes live, covering owner, purpose, credentials, tools, approval rules, logging and the planned end date.
  • CSVQuarterly agent access review. A spreadsheet for the quarterly agent access review, where each owner keeps or removes every tool, data scope and credential an AI agent holds.
  • MDAgent incident runbook. A runbook for AI agent incidents that walks responders through detection, containment, evidence capture, owner notification, recovery and lessons learned.
  • MDBoard one-pager. A one-page board report on AI agent governance with a fixed set of measures, quarter-on-quarter comparisons, open findings and decisions requested.
